Angela Wallace: Open water swim technique

This is kinda showing off but I went for a swim yesterday and when I hopped out my friends husband said he & his son where watching me and were amazed at how relaxed and almost slow I looked but I was going really fast. That's awesome feedback huh!! The regular 3 stroke breathing and the rotating means it feels really relaxed and I was just in the zone. Yay!! - and thanks so much for your help!!
